If purchased directly from SANUS, you must call SANUS Customer Service dept at 1-800-359-5520 M-F 8 am to 9 pm CST, Sa & Su 10:30 am – 7 pm CST, within 30 days of receipt to obtain a return authorization number. This number must be written on the outside of the box as well as on the paperwork accompanying the return along with the reason for return. Items without a return authorization number may be refused and returned to sender. Items must be returned to the address appearing on the packaging slip/invoice and must be returned via same method shipped (must be traceable) within 30 days of receipt. Shipping is non refundable and it is important to note that we only charge 5% for shipping which is less than actual shipping cost. Shipping product back to us will cost more. Allow 2-3 weeks for credit to be processed.
